We know how hard it is to step into any community of people, especially a church, for the first time. Many of us at Faith Temple have felt the exact same way at some point! Hospitality is important to us, and we will do our best to make you feel welcome.

WHY “FAITH TEMPLE”?

We believe that God has placed people on this planet to not only have relationship with Him, but with each other as well. True community is hard work…people are messy! However, we believe Jesus is what makes life-giving, transformative relationship with God and others possible.

Each service brims with heartfelt worship and genuine fellowship, creating an atmosphere where individuals can explore their faith and deepen their relationship with Christ. Our diverse programs and ministries are designed to foster spiritual growth, encouraging everyone to discover and utilize their unique spiritual gifts in service to others. VISION/BELIEFS

HERITAGE: We believe the central truths of the historic orthodox Christian faith. We believe that Christianity today goes back, not only to the foundations of the apostles and prophets in New Testament Scripture (Ephesians 2:19-22), but also to Israel’s rich history as the people of God seeking to know Him. Today this all culminates in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

JOURNEY: We believe that knowing God is a journey and not a destination. We believe that as we grow closer to God through Christ, we will realize how deep the love of God is for all mankind. Because our faith is a journey, change is expected and rebirth is essential.

COMMUNITY: All people bear the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and as such, are worthwhile and to be treated with honor and respect. We believe we are to carry each other’s burdens, worship Jesus with a common voice, confess and pray with one another, and suffer and celebrate together.

SERVICE: We believe that Jesus was God in human flesh, and that the Church is to be the main thrust of God’s ongoing presence in the world. Jesus, though God, came as a servant (Philippians 2) and illustrated how we are to live and love others. As followers of Christ, we are to fight injustice, relieve suffering, and be a compelling force for good in the world as we care about the things God cares about.
